How much time does it take each week?
Most people spend about 1–2 hours per week on the lessons, exercises, and reflections. Each module is broken into short, focused segments so it’s manageable even for those with busy schedules. You can pace yourself. Some weeks you may go deeper, while others you may simply reflect and apply. The goal is not to add more to your plate but to give you clarity and tools you can use immediately in real life.
Do I have to start with the Foundation unit first?
Yes. The Foundation phase is essential because it establishes your values, identity, and non-negotiables, the groundwork for everything else. Without clarity on your foundation, it is difficult to step into influence or embrace transformation in a sustainable way. Each phase of the FIT Framework builds upon the last, creating a step-by-step path that ensures growth feels natural and not overwhelming.
What if I fall behind or get too busy?
No worries at all. This program is self-paced and flexible. If life gets busy, you can pause and return when you are ready. You will always have access to your lessons and materials. Many clients actually find revisiting a previous lesson or reflection even more impactful the second time. What matters most is consistency over perfection. Progress is progress, no matter the pace.
How personalized is this?
While the content is self-led, you are not left on your own. Each week, you will complete a short reflection form where you share your insights, challenges, and questions. I personally review your responses and send back a tailored email. This way, you get accountability and guidance without the pressure of scheduling live calls. It is a blend of self-paced learning and personal coaching touch points, designed to give you the best of both worlds.

Who's running this program?
Your coach and guide is Sunny Battazzi, founder of Experience FIT Life. Sunny has been coaching people since 2008, helping them navigate growth in every area of life including relationships, careers, finances, health, wellness, and personal purpose.
In 2017, Sunny earned her Personal Training and Nutrition Certification, expanding her ability to support clients in their health journeys while also walking out her own transformation. Over the past 17 years, she has coached hundreds of individuals one-on-one and in group settings, guiding them to breakthrough and alignment in their lives.
Sunny and her husband have also spoken at leadership events with audiences of hundreds and even thousands, inspiring people to grow, change, and become the best versions of themselves.
With a blend of professional experience, personal resilience, and a passion for helping others thrive, Sunny brings both wisdom and empathy to every step of the FIT Framework.
